In-person counseling is available in Fayetteville and Lillington, with virtual sessions open to clients across North Carolina. Various insurance plans are accepted to make therapy more accessible and affordable.

Private Pay

Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, and freedom from insurance restrictions. To ensure therapy remains accessible, I offer a sliding scale based on financial need. Reach out to discuss a rate that works for you.

Insurance

You may notice the same insurance listed under multiple locations. This is because some clients choose a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. If you plan to have in-person sessions, be sure to check which location accepts your insurance. Telehealth is available as a flexible option if you ever need to switch a scheduled in-person session to virtual.
