What can I expect from individual counseling?
In individual counseling, we work together to explore your concerns, identify goals, and develop personalized strategies to help you make meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with mood, relationships, or stress, you’ll receive focused support tailored to your unique needs.
Is counseling confidential?
Yes, your privacy is my top priority. All counseling sessions are confidential, with exceptions for safety concerns as required by law. I will always explain confidentiality guidelines at the start of our work together.
How do I know if individual counseling will work for me?
Counseling can be incredibly effective when you're ready to work on your goals. We’ll collaborate to address your concerns, and I’ll support you in making progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
